"Ripped off"

On Sunday the 21st of May i occasioned to use this car park for i'ts convenience to Portsmouth foot passenger terminal. i beleive entry was around 11:00 returning at around 7:45. Apparently unknowingly i my car had stayed over 8:00 hours incurring a mind blowing fee of £15:00. The very understanding attendant apologised and explained to me that i had gone into their 24hour charge.This is more than unusual as the car park closes at 9:30 and obviously is not open 24hours. Words fail me. A gesture of goodwill would be very much appreciated but i guess not likely. Anybody out there who has had a similar experience. Good luck to all.
